Welcome! PEMCO, Ltd. is the Management & Marketing (M&M) contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Georgia, California, Hawaii, Guam and the Marianas. We are contracted to preserve, maintain and market HUD's REO single-family homes (1-4 units). We facilitate HUD's mission to expand homeownership opportunities and strengthen neighborhoods and communities. We do not directly sell homes to the public, but instead support the real estate brokerage community in performing this important sales function.
